Seamless Bridal Clip-in Extensions | Find Your Shade
-
There are a few ways to approach the timeline for purchasing hair extensions for your wedding day. Read over the options below to find which check marks best match your bridal planning scenario.
1. If You:
✔ Have fine/thin hair or your hair does not hold curl very well
✔ Plan to wear your hair down in some capacity
✔ Are confident in your color selection
Place an order for your extensions 2 months before your trial takes place. This will provide ample time for delivery & allow you to make sure the quality is up to standard—this goes for She HÂS It or any hair extension line.
2. If You:
✔ Have an idea of the overall color concept for your wedding day, but your hair color isn’t quite there yet with your personal stylist
✔ Have a color or highlight appointment planned before your bridal hair trial
✔ Aren’t confident selecting an extension shade based on your current hair color
Wait until your personal stylist has your hair close to the color you plan to wear for your wedding day before ordering your extensions. Ideally, you’ll still want to have your extensions in hand before your bridal hair trial so your wedding stylist can work with them, determine placement, and make sure they complement the style you envision.
3. If You:
✔ Aren’t sure whether you need extensions at all
✔ Have naturally thick hair or plenty of length
✔ Are considering an updo or a style that may not require additional hair
Chat with your bridal hairstylist before purchasing. Depending on the style, your natural density, and how your stylist prefers to work, extensions may not be necessary. If your stylist recommends adding them after your trial, you’ll still have time to find the right length, weight, and color before the wedding day.

She HAS It Bridal Collection is curated with brides in mind—we offer various lengths with the complementary thickness (grams) for bridal hairstyles.
The standard weight for our Bridal Collection is 170g, with each shade double drawn and cuticle aligned for consistent thickness from top to bottom.
For brides looking to wear their hair down for the big day, we recommend 22 inches to hit at just the right spot once the hair is curled and styled. While 20 and 24 inches come in a close second, 22 inches is the sweet spot.

Absolutely! If you’re contemplating adding extensions to achieve the updo style you envision, chat with your bridal hairstylist first to determine if hair extensions are needed. Oftentimes, a wedding pro can create an updo with mesh padding or an insert, and you may not need the additional hair.
If you haven’t booked your bridal hairstylist yet, we’re happy to help guide you in the right direction. We’ll always defer to your wedding stylist, as everyone works a little differently based on their comfort level—and we never want to contradict another artist!
